Copy Flow gives you access to copywriting on a monthly basis. This includes expert collaboration and the flexibility to pause or cancel anytime.
Once you join, you’ll have access to a dedicated team of creatives ready to tackle your projects. You submit a project request through our client portal, and we start working on it. Projects are completed one at a time unless you opt for multiple concurrent projects.

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
Pausing your subscription allows you to stop the monthly fees while keeping your spot in our queue, ensuring your projects remain prioritized when you’re ready to resume.
If you choose to cancel, you can sign up again later, but please note that availability may be limited when you return. Either way, simply contact us through the client portal, and we’ll take care of the rest.
The time frame varies based on project complexity. On average, many projects are completed within a one- to two-week timeframe with updates every two business days.
We’re headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area and our business hours are Monday - Friday 9 to 5pm PST. We will respond to any input or questions during regular business hours. Client portals are open to you 24/7.
No long-term commitment is required. Our subscriptions are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to continue as long as you need our services.
While we prefer autopay with a card or ACH to ensure uninterrupted service, we can accommodate monthly invoicing with a purchase order (PO). This option will include a net 15 payment term and an added convenience fee of $25. Please note that ACH or wire transfer will be required as the payment method. To set up your account with PO invoicing, please contact us at billing@sheerhavoc.com.
